Currently I have a Hobie16’, but used to own a 35’ custom steel sailboat, based on a Charles Whitholtz design.
I liked the boat because it was overbuilt to a ridiculous degree, but it sailed like a fat pig!
I like the CC 30’ for the; centerboard; the designer(s) and builder.
It would seem like a perfect cruising boat as they are affordable, well built and seem to have adequate room.
What are your future sailing plans with the boat?
Would love to see some pics if possible.
