I will try that, I like those simple recipes that taste good. I haven't had much success with the cruising recipe books because the recipes are usually too time consuming/complicated for me to do in a short amount of time. I simply don't need to entertain every day, so I usually just want the 5 minute version of whatever so I can eat and go. I'm also amazed at how many cruising recipe books use ingredients I never plan to have on my boat, I mean who actually has fresh milk for example ?
