I am in Kemah. I have used United Metal Arts in the past. Tops and Towers may do that type of work but I wouldn''t trust them any further than I could throw the owner -- he''s a big guy. You may want to try Mark Grinstead at Seabrook Shipyard. He is a great guy and either owns, or is in control of, the former stainless operation next to South Texas Yacht Service in Watergate.
