Unless otherwise persuaded, it seems obvious that somewhere along the line the Boyles got some public financing for this venture. They were either in debt or publicly owned, which allowed some business type to force them out. They are at sailjazz.com now, so it is clear that they had no intention of getting out of the business. I hope they succeed.
