Hello West Coast:

We are looking to relocate our 35’ 15,000lb sailboat, which we live on, from Alabama to the Pacific Northwest. No firm plans or dates yet but am considering trucking the boat from Mobile to somewhere in Washington around the end of June. While the mast is down some of the work includes replacing the standing rigging. Seems like doing that while stepping would be easiest for the rigger.

I am looking for recommendations on:

A boat shipper you’ve used.

A marina or yard to have the boat delivered to and a rigger to do some rigging work.

A marina to stay at for a couple of months.
