I'll break it down for you:
a) If you don't have the money to get on a plane or rent a car to go look at this boat you can't afford the boat. Not only can you not afford this boat - you can't afford any boat right now.
b) If you buy that boat it will cost you an absolute minimum of ten thousand dollars to make it seaworthy - and probably over twenty.
c) Once the boat IS seaworthy (if ever), you need at least a couple of thousand a year to keep it floating.
d) If you save the money that you have now for another year or two and add to it, you will be able to buy a boat that is worth owning.
