Do I read your comments as:
ND56 = much better robustness and build, poorer light air performance, better in heavy weather
I52 = poorer build, better light air performance, not as good in heavy weather
I think old boats are old boats.... all systems need checking/replacement/repair to some extent, so I'm being realistic I think (and have owned a 20yo Duncanson 37 before).
