This weekend we installed our teak toerail and teak cockpit seats. Both came out great, the toerail was installed with the 3M 5200 and the teak seats were installed using west system epoxy with filler and black graphite. Here are some pictures.

Hi,
I need to replace about two foot of teak toe rail on my 69 Morgan 30. Did you make the toe rail yourself or were you able to purchase it already shaped?

A few years back we did the teak toe rail and rub strake on a Cape Dory Typhoon. The toe rail looked very similar to that done by the OP. We used 1x1 stock (nominally 5/4) and were able to achieve the needed curve as we installed. This looks to have been done the same. It's a worthwhile project and looks nice.

No, technically, the photos aren't very good. The lighting sucks and some of the images are a bit fuzzy. This is a good example. The image is fairly low contrast... and the depth of field is rather limited and most of the subject material is either out of focus or blurry, possibly due to camera movement. :)
