Obama's Supreme Court nominee, Sotomayer, doesn't have a good track record with the decisions she has made that have gone up to the Supreme Court. 60% of these decisions have been reversed. Seems like if they flipped a coin in the back room, they would have better success. I would think a track record like that would be an automatic disqualifier.
