Evidently, as her record shows, Sotomayor has a habit of mispeaking when it comes to identity politics. In other words, the, as Obama calls it, "poor choice of words", is not the exception, but the rule. It's hard to imagine how such a vaunted group of intelligent people as Team Obama claims were unaware it's her stump speech, not a one time thing.
