In cases like this, I always wonder what the motivation is. Frankly, they are too old to have been "Sixties radicals" and the man is alleged to have started being a spy around the age of 40. Was it just money? (I didn't know Cuba paid that well).
Unfortunately, someone with his security clearance and his position must've been one of the better investments Cuba ever made.
Can you imagine to what degree their boat will be dissembled? That vessel will never go on the market...it'll be in a "black landfill" out in the desert...eventually.
