I want to know if my health care is going to continue to increase by double digits each year. I want to know the short AND long term plan for energy conservation and generation in this country. I want to know what they think about the total loss of manufacturing in this country and the loopholes which allow our corporates to offshore their profits and not pay taxes.

You want solutions? Call your Congressman, Senator, or the White House. Your party controls both the legislative and executive branches of government. The GOP is in the minority and serves as the loyal opposition and while they are proposing solutions, the Dem's have no need to either listen or vote on them. Any "solution" will be a Democrat solution. This is
your government and the programs will be
your programs. It's already
your economy. How's that workin' out for ya?
The polls show that while the President's popularity remains high, a majority of Americans oppose his programs, especially economic programs. That cognitive dissonance cannot last. Eventually the President will become identified with his programs and then there will be a crash. If he's true to the Democrat tradition, he'll find a war to get us into to deflect criticism, not that there won't be a war just a-waiting for him, given his naif-like foreign policy statements.
So there's really not much need for all this talk about the fecklessness of the GOP. Just leave us in the wilderness to fend for ourselves; we'll probably just dry up and blow away, never to be seen again. Concentrate on governing the nation instead. We're just a minority, so there's nothing to stop you from instituting
your plan. Or, are you better at bitchin' than producin'?
