I had the same issue...I checked where all the seatalk cables entered the "hub" and realized the connection were loose. Also try plugging each of the devices directly into the C80 and see if they're communicationg.
Also perhaps try a factory reset on the C80 by holding the power and the button next to it till the device resets. You will lose your saved tracks, routes, and settings....
