At this point you have nothing to loose by dropping a heavy charge, caps off, say 50 amps at 14.2 volts or slightly above on them for an hour or so. Then drop back to a normal charge overnight. They either will or will not come back. Let sit a few hours then test the cells with a hydrometer, not one of the colored bozo ball variety, but one that has a graduated float and is tempature compensated, about $15 at a good auto store. You may just get lucky.
