My friends are in the Sales office at Rockett's Landing (downtown marina) and I always get a chuckle from the "artist's rendition" of the marina chock full of sailboats. I am still amazed to think they used to sail schooners to Richmond...100 miles upriver! The Ipe docks sure are nice though
