The CC version? The boat is a modestly built vessel with superior room for living aboard. Suitable for sheltered waters...not ocean work. Sailing qualities are equally modest...not a pig...but not a fast boat either. A good boat for the Chesapeake assuming it is in good condition. The separate owners cabin aft is excellent if you want some privacy. A bimini or enclosure helps crossing from aft to forward in inclement weather which can be a pain otherwise!
