Niagara's were a
line of quality cruising boats built in St Cathernes ON near Niagara Falls. The primary owner was George Hinterhoeller who previously was a partner in C& C.
I vaguely remember them building a few like that, no idea of how many but not a lot. Mark Ellis designed a lot of their boats such as the Nonsuch
line and I think their fairly well known Niagara 35.
