Carp are good eating. All species. Sweet, fatty, mucho Omega3. May need to process them heavily because of the bones, like herring. Also want to watch heavy metals/PCB content, since they are garbage feeders.
Now, over
here we have thousands of commercial fishermen who are really hurting -- idled because the great fisheries have been depleted -- idled
because they are too good at catching fish.
While over
here, we have a whole s*&tload of unwanted, slow, stupid, beefy feeshes that
literally hurl themselves into boats. Surely, a solution presents itself?
