Thanks! The sails seem to be intact. The only issue I see is a few rust stains, but frankly, I'm not overly concerned about those. If nothing else, I'll stencil some black pirate skulls over them. That would thrill the kids to death.

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems to me that a wider set of bunks which conform to the normal hull shape would be better than flat boards. Has anyone had any experience in making some like that?
