A personal rule not found in the Rules is that "prior to the Rules coming into effect, perform the least stressful movements that will avoid having to consult the Rules at all."
Yeah, I'm the guy who looks like he's asleep at the tiller...but I'm just plotting to see if I need to move more than five degrees.
