Not sure about the 380 but the 390 looks like a nice boat. They're generally accepted as pretty solid if "quirky"boats. Full keel means it's solid, won't point as high and 'cause of the large wetted surface, you're not going to win any races but will arrive safely.
I was on a 460 earlier in the year and that was a nice boat !! Tons of storage and good headroom, though I'm 6'1" not your height. Sailed really nicely with a firm helm and a gentle motion in the little chop we had here. Down below it was nice & roomy and the idea of the fold-away table in the salon is brilliant for maximizing space below when not eating.
As I recall, IP's are decently priced and apparently have a great warranty on the hulls etc. So maybe good long term value there assuming you're buying new. If buying used, then you should be getting a pretty good boat without having to eat the depreciation. Either way...win/win.
