Buyer has the vested interest in surveyor, haul out and sea-trial. The results of which are up to the buyer to compare to the selling price for further negotiations. All three usually will result in items for
repair/ replacement negotiations or making the original offer contingent on successful passing an opportunity to back out should you not like any or all of the three.
