I chartered a boat that had an
engine cooling hose that popped off repeatedly. The hose had wire reinforcement woven into it, and the wire made it feel like the clamps were tight, when they really weren''t. I had to tighten the hose clamps even more, to crush the wire slightly, so it would seal tightly around the fitting.
Try tightening the clamps more.
