An excellent place to start is www.marinedieseldirect.com, which is the website for Torresen Marine, a Yanmar dealer. They have a bulletin board for posting questions for one thing, and also sell all the factory engine manuals, etc.
I have a Yanmar 2GM20F and there isn''t much to winterizing it at all. It''s easily something you can take care of.
