Or you could bribe some old fart HAM radio operator to come and "help" you tune it.
"Hey - I have a problem and I am not sure I if you can help (old HAMs love helping others). I've made this dipole antenna thing (old HAMs love "home made" things) and I don't know how to tune it."
And like Bill says - have the Mount Gay or Lagavulin handy to help the process.
