PR. Have been "setting sail" for over a year now. This group is long on idealism and short on smarts. As a surgeon that provides volunteer surgical care in the South Pacific I have learned you need to start small and expand your work as you gain experience. Sailing is the same. These guys don't want to listen to advise. They are squandering a lot of donated money and potentially make all of the legit non-profit medical groups look bad. I don't recommend any financial support for them. Whats up with the article in US Sailing:
