Greetings.

This is my first post so please be gentle.

I have done alot of research on boats and am interested in a Formosa 41 (I am fairly aware of the issues of older Formosa 41''s).

Anyways, Im trying to find compatible Autopilots for this type of boat. The current displacement of the boat is 28,000lbs.

I have looked at comparables and most people are using Autohelm ST6000 - ST7000 Autopilots which aren''t manufactured anymore.

Any comments suggestions?

Can anyone recomment a good basic understanding sailing electronics book?
