Baterry Charging System

I am working on restoring an old boat that I had recently purchased. This preparing is boat for a three to four months cruising through the Caribbean and may be South America. My brain is completely fried from reading the marine electrical book and some of the catalogs. Can someone give me some suggestion on how to setup the electrical need for my boat? The electronics that it needs to handle will be two laptops, flat screen monitor, GPS system, VHS radio, SSB receiver, autopilot, 12V refrigerator and lighting systems. I am planning to purchase a solar panel and maybe a wind generator too. What size of battery do I need? What type of charger do I need to handle the input from solar panel, wind generator, engine alternator and AC outlet?

I know this look bad, but I am so darn confuse. Therefore thank you in advance and sorry if I upset someone for my stupidity.

Best regards,
Hoa
