I also would be interested in "old" charts and or swaps. The age of the charts really isn't an issue as you can update them per the notice to mariners as well as a "catalog" or culmination of the notice to mariners for specific charts. Sooo.. you would only need to go through the charts and update them. It's been my experience that not alot changes, and the larger scale charts often don't show detail on places like inlets that are prone to constant changes anyhow ! and often suggest seeking "local" knowledge.
Furthermore most of the sounding Data and Datum is often decades old !
Check out american practical Navigator (Bowditch) for the particulars on how to obtain updates for charts as well as where to get the info and keep the "new" charts updated.
Consider also the lag-time from the data collection to the print and distribution of "up-to-date " charts and you'll probably conclude (as I have) that there is no such thing as a completely "current" or accurate chart !
Good navigation practices and sound decision making as well as speaking to as many other saiolors as possible that have recently traveled your intended route will go far.
