All your Raymarine instruments, including chartplotter, autopilot computer, wind, speed and depth should be daisy chained together in the back of the instrument. There is a custom plug-in wire that does this. There are three plug-ins on the back of the instrument. The left and right 3 prong plug-in is for the daisy chain and the middle one is where it gets the information from the transducers or NEMA 1800 if my memory serves me correctly. I would check the back of the speed instrument to see if you have all 3 plug-ins connected. If you have that than I would check to see if the chartplotter is daisy chained into the other instruments. The GPS info can come from the chartplotter or autopilot computer.
