The marina I am at in Victoria B.C. has had sustained winds over 50 knots with gusts in the 70's several times. The docks (floating) on the west side have has 2' waves over them at times. You just have to tie the boat appropriately and use fenders in the proper spots. On a previous boat at another marina in a winter storm (I live aboard) I spent the night at 10 degrees or so of heel against the dock and my big worry was the fenders not surviving. That night we lost a piling on a nearby dock. By comparison your video looks pretty tame. The wind by itself isn't much of a problem but if you're in a position for the waves to build up to a couple of feet in height things can get pretty wild and damage can be done.
