If its been a while since you had the
rig down it may be time to inspect a lot of stuff.
There are a lot of tools for lifting that might work - otherwise - It might be really simple to get all materials in hand, cut, fitted etc; back off the
rigging at a cooperative marina and have them hook on and hold it up while you slip in the spacer.
