You end up with this in your yard BUT the real issues is much of the fix-up work is held up by the weather if you dont have a pole barn or something better than tarps

You will kind of have to workout a budget and then double it and see if you could in fact find a boat in good shape for that figure

I am not going futher than LIS daysailing so i dont need as perfect a boat
