You can buy a kit that comes with a complete set of stays and shrouds with all the required turnbuckles and cotter pins. The kit is custom made for Cat 22, with different kits for different boat vintages. The cost is around $350.
The whole proposition sounds almost too good to be true. I can re-rig my entire boat, no cutting or fitting wires to hardware. Just strip off the old, slip on the new. So I wonder if anyone has gone this route.
