Hello Everyone !
I've been lurking in here for the past 2 years or so, and thought it was finally time to come out of the shadow's ! (Due to the politically "correctness", if I stated coming out of the closet, lol, different subject altogether !)
I'm 52 years young, married 30 years with 2 daughters , all whom hate sailing ! I grew up in "powerboats" since I was born and 3 years ago decided to try sailing and have never regretted or looked back ! I could never understand a powerboaters mentallity, rush like hell Monday to Friday, then turn the keys and rush Saturday and Sunday ? I bought a 1984 7.5 Tanzer for single hand sailing ( plus my German Shepherd ) this is all I need.
I sail out of Port Stanley on the north shores of Lake Erie. I just retired in December, so this coming summer, I'm just "going with the wind" and the ATM card ! LOL
