A fabulous find! I did the same last year and haven't regretted it for a moment. She handles great on the lake and my goal this season is to try her on five bays along the jersey coastline.
Yes to greasing the bearrings. Also, you may want to invest in the single-handed mast stepper. ($135.00 installed?) That has been a great help to me.
