I just picked up a boat-size GSI pressure cooker GSI Outdoors Pressure Cooker: Sports & Outdoors
I just can't cook dry beans without it, and i must have my beans. Got it in time to make corned beef and cabbage.

I've had a hammock bliss hammock for a few months Hammock Bliss Double - XL Portable Hammock - 100" Rope Per Side Included - Ideal For Camping, Backpacking, Kayaking & Travel: Sports & Outdoors
Highly recommended for calm water. I've got it tied up inside. No messing around with cushions, folds up to fit in a tiny little pocket, which is otherwise kindle-size .

The problem with UHT milk is that you commit yourself to drinking whatever size the package is. They come in little juice boxes but I'm forever cooking recipes that call for a tiny amount, and I'm not that thirsty to drink the difference. And it's expensive. I'm on team dehydrated.
