For milk I use the powdered stuff too. I open a pack and divide it up into smaller amounts because a whole pack of powdered makes 4 cups of milk and most recipes call for 1/2 cup, sometimes 1 cup. People complain about the taste of powdered milk but I don't actually drink the stuff, I just cook with it.
I get my milk powder in boxes with easy pour spouts, from the market of Wal. It provides more reliable protocol for delivery without the necessity of packet switching.
