I'm overseas right now on a business trip, so don't have access to my archives on my home PC, but I have the Bomar instructions on how to rebed. Basically, cleaned off all the old sealant, using 100% alcohol (anhydrous) and then GE Ultraglaze (about $30/tube) and was able to rebed two hatches.

I will update this thread in about a week.

I used masking tape and a disposable plastic spoon's back to get a nice finished look.
