As Stan said... I doubt a 33' Nauticat is going to be well suited for your needs. You're looking at three 40-42' boats... and a 33' boat??? That doesn't even count the Grand Banks...

Given your budget, I think you're going to have some trouble finding any boat in the 38-42' range that is in decent shape, unless you're at the high end of your budget.
