I'm thinking about buying a 30 ft range boat for Lake Ontario next summer, so I still have over a year to research it.
The Alberg would be a great boat to sail Lake Ontario, that is where my Alberg 30 was from, very popular there.

But I would not recommend an Alberg in this case.

I also spent a week on a Beneteau and they are great boats. If I could have a lifestyle where I had a boat at a nearby marina for weekends and vacations a Beneteau would be very high on my list. Fast, light, easy to handle, lots of interior space, everything the Alberg is not.

I think there are better boats out there for you, newer ones too!

Have faith that the oceans are going to rise and flood the world, that plague and pestilence brought on by Climate Change is going to punish us for not believing. Please do as they say it is our only hope. :P
