I'll try some guesses:

C - is a spinnaker/whisker pole connection thingy - and I bet A/B are either for spin guys or block anchors for same.

E/F - definitely for anchor rhode. I'd guess at some point your boat had two anchors. E looks to be for line only - not chain. Either that, or maybe the spring loading lets the chain come in and out, then locks down on a link for backup?

G - that would be my guess (mine's on my bow just under the rail). Is there a vent line running to it?

H/I - definitely look like jiffy reef blocks to me (we have them on our boom)
