C - yes, attachment point for spinnaker pole. You must have a topping lift for holding the spin pole up?
A,B - these could be meant for running a 'down guy' to the spinnaker pole which would keep it from moving higher then the topping lift setting. One for either side.
G - could be your holding tank vent. I normally see the holding tank vent mounted outboard, high on the free board. If that is the holding tank vent this location may allow you to sniff the gases of the tank while sitting in the cockpit. With the vent mounted on the side of the boat you may not smell anything. If it is the vent make sure that fitting is clear.
