Huh? For a 1 amp load at 100 feet you could technically run 18 AWG but this would not satisfy the E-11 minimum 16 GA standard or the fact that they want a 3% voltage drop for nav lights not 10%.

100' of 14/2 for an single Aquasignal 25 drawing .8 amps is fine and well within ABYC specs and yields a 1.72% VD.
