Funny, I judged the Crab Soup contest at Sandy Point State Park last year (Seafood Festival) and Riderwood Retirement Community in Silver Spring won the Vegetable Crab Soup and came in 2nd with their Cream of Crab.

Still, I think in general...most of the restaurants around the bay are predicable and okay at best. There are few gems, but few they are.
