That goes back a few years.
They were designed and made by a lady, Teresa I think (don't use add an h or she'll get mad) on the yahoo ranger list. Maybe you could contact her there. I doubt she would do it again, she seemed to be getting fed up with waiting for people to pay, etc. in order to get sufficient quantity for the order.
You might be better off taking it to a local place and having them duplicate.
