Living aboard in DC

I have had boats at Tantallon River on the Upper Potomac for some years and have seen many improvements. The management has ironed out most of the kinks regarding permits for the facilities and they are on their way to being pretty full. They are very liveaboard friendly and have made an effort to make sure boats are presentable and seaworthy. The owners are unpretentious and family-friendly. The docks are superior to just about anything around and the grounds are spacious and park-like. Its in a residential neighbourhood, which can be too quiet for some, but shopping is only a mile away.
