It could be repaired but I doubt it's worth it.
I was thinking the same thing Charlie....
If I owned her I would take a sawzall and just cut the keel out of the hull about 2' out from the keel and let it hit the ground.... see what it looks like and go from their with my decision....nothing ventured nothing gained....and it would be fun to boot...
