My family has owned two Endeavours.I have also assited a fellow who was putting one back together that had come out of the charter trade. Endeavours are hard to peg. There is a lot that is right about them. The other poster touched on some of Endeavour''s better attributes. They are good for their intended purpose, coastal cruising places like Florida or the Bahamas or the charter trade in the Virgin Islands. They are not in any shape or form my idea of an offshore capable boat. I know that they have been used out in the Atlantic with some degree of success but getting to see them in an intimate way, IMHO these are not designed and built for prolonged offshore use without a lot of upgrading.
