A bit of a trip for you, but both myself and a friend had great results with a company in Bristol, RI, called "All Paint." No affiliation, just a satisfied customer. My experience with this is there is a big difference between a good and a great job. When these guys were done, there was no fun house mirror effect, you could shave in the reflection. Painting is all they do.
I did it mid season, but my friend did haul and store as you described. They work with a yacht yard in Bristol for the rest. Good luck.
